3. A2P SMS Consent and Communication
By submitting your phone number or engaging with us via web forms, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages (A2P SMS) from LT Creative TC. These messages may include:
- Property offer inquiries
- Transaction updates and reminders
- Service-related follow-ups

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive texts is not required for service use.

4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information when using our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account or communication credentials.

5. Payment and Fees

Transaction Coordination services are billed per transaction. Fifty percent (50%) of the total fee is due upfront prior to any services being rendered. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before final document submission to all parties unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellation fees may apply.

Real estate investment consultations and property offers are free of charge and carry no obligation.

6. Limitation of Liability
LT Creative TC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of its services, including but not limited to SMS delivery failures or delays.

7. No Professional Advice
LT Creative TC does not provide legal, tax, or brokerage advice unless explicitly stated and appropriately licensed. You are encouraged to consult a licensed professional for guidance.

8. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Services implies acceptance.

9. Termination
LT Creative TC reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to its services at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including violations of these Terms.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the state in which LT Creative TC operates.
