  • Real estate investment consultation services

Services may involve communication via SMS, email, or website forms.

3. SMS Consent and Communication

By providing your phone number or engaging with us via web forms, you consent to receive automated text messages (A2P SMS) from LT Creative TC. These messages may include:

  • Transaction updates and reminders

  • Property offer inquiries

  • Service-related follow-ups

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP”. Reply “HELP” for assistance. Consent to receive texts is not required to use our services.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information when using our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account or communication credentials.

5. Payment and Fees

Transaction Coordination services are billed per transaction. 50% of the total fee is due upfront prior to services being rendered. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before final document submission to all parties unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellation fees may apply.

Real estate investment consultations and property offer inquiries are free of charge and carry no obligation.

6. Limitation of Liability

LT Creative TC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services, including but not limited to SMS delivery failures or delays.

7. No Professional Advice

LT Creative TC does not provide legal, tax, or brokerage advice unless explicitly stated and appropriately licensed. You should consult a licensed professional for guidance as needed.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination

LT Creative TC reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to its services at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including violations of these Terms.
